Miscellaneous Notes

The commitment: Classes: Every cycle will have a class (in-person or virtual), that will require your participation, to go over and discuss the cycle’s topic. The classes are collaborative and will include group exercises and breakout sessions. Homework: Every cycle will have homework that will need to be completed before the next cycle. Presentations: Each participant will present their progress at the end of each cycle. Co-Labs: Every participant is expected to participate in CO-LAB; as a team lead or a volunteer. Co-Lab is a hackathon style event that occurs twice throughout the program. Participants have an opportunity to earn (as part of a gamification system) a spot as a team lead during CO-LAB. Team leads get, on average, $15,000 worth of work completed for their businesses during these intense but fun events.
